What you will be doing


To coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality business insights and reporting outputs across the business. The role acts as a central point of contact for aligning reporting activities, ensuring consistency, and enabling data-driven decision-making through collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.




Team Coordination & Support + Act as the lead point of contact for the Business Insight team's reporting activities.
+ Support analysts in prioritising tasks and aligning outputs with business needs.
+ Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across reporting roles.

Reporting & Analytics Oversight + Ensure consistency and quality across reporting platforms.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and refining reporting outputs to meet expectations.
+ Promote best practices in data visualisation and storytelling.

Stakeholder Engagement + Translate business needs into clear reporting objectives for the team.
+ Present insights and updates to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Process Improvement & Governance + Identify opportunities for improving reporting workflows and reducing manual effort.
+ Support the implementation of digital, self-service reporting frameworks.
+ Ensure adherence to data governance and security protocols.

Development & Innovation + Encourage the use of automation, predictive analytics, and advanced BI techniques.
+ Stay informed on new tools and technologies that can enhance reporting capabilities.
+ Support team members in developing their technical and analytical skills.

To act as a trusted SME for all business information utilising SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Power Query, MDX and DAX knowledge and experience to create, manage and monitor digital reporting.

You will ideally have


Strong experience in business intelligence and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA and Excel. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence without direct authority. Experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
