Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as

Power BI

,

Tableau

, or

Looker

. Build automated reporting solutions and data visualisations for business teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data requirements. Work closely with data engineering teams to enhance data quality, pipelines, and model structures. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic and operational decisions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organisation. Create documentation for reporting processes, datasets, and data models. Develop predictive insights and advanced analytics (for mid-senior levels). Mentor junior team members and contribute to BI best practices (for senior-level candidates).

Required Skills

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel. Understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus). Ability to work with data and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Solid experience in BI reporting, dashboard creation, and data modelling. Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik). Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong expertise in data analysis, modelling, reporting frameworks, and BI architecture. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Ability to guide BI strategy and lead complex data initiatives. Experience mentoring junior analysts and reviewing BI development work. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
