To collect, analyse, and interpret data related to employee compensation, benefits, recruitment, and other key areas of Human Capital management. This role ensures data accuracy, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and provide opportunities for operational efficiency across Human Capital functions.Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Analyze payroll and HR metrics using statistical methods to identify trends and insights across compensation, benefits, workforce productivity, and compliance. As well as key performance areas and cost saving opportunities
Monitor HC data to identify anomalies and data quality issues, taking corrective action as needed
Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to inform policy and strategic decisions
Collaborate on human capital projects and data-driven initiatives
Partner with IT to optimize data systems for improved accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency
Support reporting needs for monthly, quarterly and annual reports, audits, compliance etc.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key human capital metrics
Use predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends, such as staffing and training needs
Assist in maintenance and optimization of HRIS
Train and support HC staff in data literacy and analytics tools.
Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
Proven experience in a Human Capital Data Analyst or similar role
Solid understanding of HR processes, metrics, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data architecture
Experience working with or supporting Human Capital teams preferred
CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in cleaning, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Clear and effective communication of complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
