Job Purpose:

To support the development and enhancement of business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate). The role involves assisting in the creation of low-code apps, dashboards, and workflows, while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise data integration, testing, and documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build technical skills and contribute to live digital transformation projects across the organisation. Engage in user support and feedback collection to help refine solutions and ensure they meet real-world business needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in building and enhancing

PowerApps canvas apps

Support the development of business intelligence platforms and dashboards including

Power BI reports

Help automate workflows using

Power Automate

, including triggers and connectors Connect to and work with

third-party APIs

to retrieve and push data Conduct

basic troubleshooting

, testing, and bug-fixing on apps and flows Document solutions, updates, and learnings for future reference Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and feedback Support the company's data architecture strategy ensuring that data is effectively managed, integrated, and optimised across various systems and platforms. Designing data models, workflows and optimisations. Protecting security, scalability and performance of solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, Zapier or Power Automate (even beginner level) Good understanding of Microsoft power platform, SharePoint and Azure Experience with building dashboards and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Looker studio, Salesforce tablet, Qlik Basic understanding of

formulas

in PowerApps like If, Filter, etc. Awareness of

REST APIs

and how JSON data works Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions Self-motivated and excited to learn new tools and techniques Ability to work independently and use remote collaboration tools to connect with other team members and stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL Experience using Power BI with DAX formulas Some knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript Familiarity with Excel and basic data transformation Experience using central IT ticketing system products such as Zendesk Knowledge of cloud based systems
