This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a growing provision, from Levels 1-5, including GCSE, Vocational, T-Level and HND Business. You'll play a key role in motivating learners, delivering high-quality lessons, and leading on programme development within your subject area.


What you'll do:



Deliver engaging, industry-relevant Business lessons across a range of levels Lead your programme area, ensuring strong outcomes and an excellent student experience Create innovative materials that embed employability, English, maths and British Values Monitor progress, support learners and help them stay on track Build positive working relationships with employers to enrich curriculum delivery Manage behaviour, maintain accurate records and uphold college standards Take part in open events, recruitment activities and curriculum development

What we're looking for:



A degree in Business (Master's desirable but not essential) A full Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to gain one Strong subject knowledge with confidence teaching up to Level 5 Experience delivering Business programmes and leading curriculum elements Excellent organisation, communication and classroom management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous improvement
