Lecturer in Business

14.8 hours per week, Up to 38,186.75 (FTE Pro-Rata) per annum (depending on skills and experience)

To work as part of a team delivering a range of high-quality courses (Level 2 and 3), providing qualification and progression opportunities for learners on full-time courses within the Business Curriculum area.


About the role:

To deliver high quality teaching across a programme of subject relevant courses To deliver timely feedback for all relevant learners within college agreed quality cycles To assess, review and record learner progress, where necessary to flag any concerns To maintain course and learner records; carry out tracking and monitoring of learner performance and provide information, data and statistical returns as required


To fulfil the role you should have:



PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent or the willingness to gain such a qualification Outstanding/Good teaching skills and an understanding of the attributes of an outstanding teacher and/or professional or practical experience in a relevant work area Level 2 - Maths & English Relevant industrial experience
