Responsibilities for the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, scheduled teaching aligned with curriculum requirements and providing tailored academic support through one-to-one tutorials and progress reviews. They will design inclusive learning resources, student assignments, and workshop activities that reflect the diverse needs of learners, while maintaining consistent and accurate assessment of coursework and examinations. The role also involves supporting internal and external marketing efforts to promote courses, working closely with vocational tutors and industry placement advisors to enhance learner pathways, and contributing to the smooth operation of administrative processes. Additionally, the candidate will play an active role in quality assurance and compliance activities to uphold institutional standards.
