Job Description

On behalf of Defra, we are looking for a Business Management Personal Assistant (Inside IR35) for a 6months contract-based Hybrid - 3 days in London.

As a Business Management Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:



Proactively managing Directors/Deputy Directors diary, inbox, drafting correspondence, booking travel and arranging meetings. Setting up and administering SLT/team meetings - compiling agenda items, progressing actions, and other associated tasks. Organising divisional meetings, stand-ups and helping run away - days, also collation of weekly and monthly returns for clearance by Directors. Any other administrative tasks associated with the role. Monitoring the BM team's inbox and taking appropriate action also creating and maintaining SharePoint sites. Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

Essential:



Previous Personal Assistant experience. Able to operate effectively under own initiative and within a team. Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office product and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Must have SC or be eligible and willing to obtain it.
