At L&G, our Corporate Affairs function brings together external communications, employee engagement, brand, sustainability, social media and public affairs. We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Manager to join our team and help drive transformation, financial planning and operational excellence across the function. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and purpose-led organisation, supporting impactful projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.


What you'll be doing:

Supporting the project management of strategic workstreams across Corporate Affairs Managing financial planning and budget tracking to drive cost efficiency Communicating effectively with stakeholders to support decision-making Enabling compliance with governance, procurement, finance and risk procedures Sharing knowledge and ideas to improve performance and governance Coordinating project planning, scheduling and reporting activities Managing risks and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery Ensuring communications meet regulatory standards and are clear, fair and compliant

Qualifications



Who we're looking for:

Experience in a similar role with strong project management capabilities Knowledge of financial planning and budget management principles Ability to grasp complex concepts and data with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels Confidence in managing multiple projects and competing priorities Analytical mindset with good competency in data and reporting Excellent time management and organisational skills Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
