This is a full time, office-based role. Supporting the running of the business in all facets. We're looking for a dedicated individual who is driven, self-motivated and adaptable to any task within the company. A can-do attitude is essential as well as an ability to problem solve. The successful candidate will be undertaking the below, non-exhaustive list; - Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters - Managing databases & filing systems - Purchasing - Drafting job worksheets - Quality control - Stock management/goods in - Installation Scheduling - Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants - Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries - Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks - Creating content/blogs/case studies for social media - Searching for and contacting potential new customers Attention to detail is vital. Confident use of computers and an understanding of math is essential as is experience using Microsoft Office suite. This individual must be very confident dealing with clients both in person and on the phone. Full training in our programmes & processes will be given along with continued ongoing personal development. The successful candidate with have a passion for creativity or interior design and be driven to develop themselves into an invaluable team member within the company.
