Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who thrives on creating and delivering powerful campaigns that drive real results? At KCOM, we're looking for a Business Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Enterprise team and take the lead on multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our ambitious growth plans across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. In this role you will drive customer acquisition and business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.


You'll collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns, coordinate across internal and external partners, and ensure every campaign hits the mark--from planning and execution to performance analysis and reporting.

Salary

- Up to 47,600 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and value. Work closely with sales, product and proposition teams to create tailored messaging and compelling content that resonates with defined audience segments. Apply a test -and learn strategies using A/B testing, behavioural insights and funnel performance to refine and optimise campaign effectiveness. Use data to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports to key stakeholders. Maintain the central marketing campaign plan and coordinate cross functional delivery across internal teams and agencies. Manage creative asset development, working with in -house design and external agencies to ensure brand consistency. Support the execution of campaigns across digital and print formats, including brochures, adverts, emails and event collateral. Own and manage campaign budgets, ensuring activity is cost -effective and aligned with business goals. Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand, governance and data protection standards.



Candidate Requirements:




We're looking for a confident, commercially minded marketer who can juggle multiple campaigns, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver measurable outcomes.





Essential experience and skills:



Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns. Experience in performance reporting, optimisation, and using insight to inform decisions. Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence cross-functionally. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent project management skills and a strong team player mindset.

Desirable:



Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar digital platforms. Knowledge of marketing governance or the regulatory environment is a plus.
