Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Business Operational Support professional to provide operational and administrative support across multiple sites. This role is a mix of operational management, HR coordination, and clinical assistance, ensuring our practices run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary:
The Business operations support will provides operational support across multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, staff management, HR coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, including rota management, staff coordination, and support for the Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
o Act as Duty Manager by phone during weekends this is shared role.
o Cover for Operations Manager during absences and holidays at the Surgery in Boston.
o Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff at various sites.
Staffing & HR Support:
o Manage and coordinate staff rotas at various sites, including finding locum coverage when necessary.
o Support HR processes at various sites, including training follow-ups, back-to-work procedures, and new job placements for team leads.
o Manage doctors rotas and assist with team coordination.
Administrative & Meeting Support:
o Attend meetings along side Primary care network
o Organize and follow up on health and safety reports.
o Schedule meetings and take minutes as required.
Clinical & Patient Care Support:
o Assist with older adult patient services at Boston and Mablethorpe
o Oversee Audit activities by ensuring necessary are scheduled and completed.
o Will need to cover clinics for any Sickness at Skegness by Taking blood, Blood Pressures and ECGS.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of rota management and HR processes.
Familiarity with health and safety compliance and reporting.
Ability to cover clinical and operational roles as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare operations or management preferred.
HR or administrative training advantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across sites.
Care Certificate or GNVQ Level 2 in Healthcare
