Join Our Team as a Business Operations Analyst at Gallagher!



Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and facilitating change in the insurance industry? Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, is looking for a dedicated Business Operations Analyst to join our Retail Operations team. This role is your chance to create impactful tools and processes that support our colleagues and improve our operational initiatives.



How you'll make an impact



Creating and Developing Processes

:

Develop simple processes to facilitate continuous improvement and support the change journey

Supporting and Leading Operational Change Initiatives

:

Provide support and engage in projects aimed at operational change

Nurturing Colleagues

:

Guide colleagues through acquisitions to align with the Gallagher Way

Building and Maintaining Links

:

Establish strong connections with the Retail Business and Central functions to ensure key Business Partners are involved in operational decisions

Collaborating with Business Operations Colleagues

:

Work collaboratively to ensure team objectives are met

Support Improvement identified by BQA:

Working closely with BQA where audits have identified further improvements

Becoming a Subject Matter Expert

:

Develop expertise in key centralised activities.

Understanding Consumer Duty Principles

:

Have a strong understanding of Consumer Duty principles

Continuous Learning and Development

: Continue personal development and support the education of colleagues





About You



Industry Knowledge:

Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is highly desirable.

Proven Track Record:

Consistent history of delivering against deadlines within a regulated environment.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Passion to Learn:

Eagerness to continuously learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Organisational Skills:

Ability to multitask, coordinate, and plan workload effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Team Contributor:

Strong team player who can also excel in solo projects, supporting problem-solving and developing creative solutions.

Attention to Detail:

Recognises potential issues and identifies innovative ways of working.

Technical Proficiency:

Good technical knowledge and capability, with proficiency in using a variety of internal systems.
