We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling different tasks, reacting to whatever the day throws at them, and being the go-to person for getting things done.
You'll play a key part in keeping the office organised and efficient - working across multiple departments, solving problems on the fly, and making sure the wheels keep turning.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll support and assist in a wide range of areas, including:
Facilities Support
- Helping to manage the essentials: from office supplies and building maintenance to recycling, catering, and safety. If something needs sorting, you're on it.
Sales Admin
- Helping our sales team stay focused on customers by handling the admin behind the scenes.
Customer Care Cover
- Jumping in during holidays to help process orders and make sure our customers get top service.
General Admin
- Everything from sorting the post to booking travel and organising meetings - you'll help keep the day-to-day ticking over.
HR Admin
- Keeping our HR systems up to date with accurate, confidential info.
And if something else pops up? You'll be ready to dive in and help.
What You'll Need to Bring:
Super organised with the ability to switch gears fast
Comfortable working under pressure and at speed
Sharp eye for the small stuff - details matter
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Able to work independently but also happy being part of a team
Great written and spoken communication
Discreet and respectful of confidential information
