This is a full-time vacancy office based in Stockport, Monday to Friday - Working hours are 8:45am - 5:30pm, 8:30am start every Monday and an early 4:30pm finish every Friday.We pride ourselves on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with ISO and Investors in People Standards.   • Working closely with the senior leadership team to provide administrative business support to ensure legal compliance and assist sales staff in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
  • Adhere to ISO & Investors in People (IIP) standards and company procedures, effectively managing time to meet deadlines, even under pressure
  • Manage the Company HR database, ensuring all contracts, letters, and documents comply with company policies
  • Participate in training sessions, company events, and ensure work aligns with company values
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and schedule contract renewal reminder for the Operations management team and be the escalation point of contact for issues arising from any of our supplier/tech stack
  • Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, role changes, and leavers processes, while updating and maintaining the HR database with comprehensive employee records
  • Ensure accuracy in employee holiday entitlements, provide HR reports for operations meetings, and support company events
  • Liaison with the payroll function and maintaining up-to-date employee records to ensure accurate information being provided to payroll
  • Oversee health & safety responsibilities, including risk assessments, fire alarm tests, and ensuring policy compliance
  • Manage training trackers and schedules, coordinating and delivering training for new and existing staff, including first-day induction and diversity , equality and inclusion training
  • Ensure efficient onboarding, training on company systems, and support ongoing staff development
  • Coordinating and manging various suppliers - such as our IT / communications / applications / marketing and payroll - be the point of contact between the supplier and the Directors
  • Liaise with our external marketing function - looking for photo opportunities/stories for social media

  • Previous experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 (ideally more) years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work to deadlines - must be very organised
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Dedicated, consistent approach to their duties
  • HR/Marketing/Business Support administration experience preferred - although full training can be given to the right person
  • Positive and can-do attitude essential
  • IT experience preferred
  • Use of Canva - to prepare company event presentations and some marketing material
  • Use of Excel - to implement and update spreadsheets - use of formulas and pivot tables preferred although full training can be given
  • MS packages
