The role

Our client offer an unique service and operate several residential homes in the north of England and Southern Scotland. We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in mobilising and embedding new service developments across our region.

What we need from you

You will have minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, at least 6 years' in-depth, recent residential childcare experience working with young people with complex needs and at least 4 years' management experience in a care environment, including recruitment, training, managing performance management. You will have experience of working with OFSTED / CQC and other regulatory bodies, and understanding of frameworks and assessment standards and experience of handling conflict and managing sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.
