Join us as a Business Manager at Barclays, working within the Corporate Client Servicing Team where you will work closely with senior leaders to translate priorities into action and ensure transformation and cost saving initiatives land effectively. You will help to forecast and track cost, headcount and the end-to-end implementation of change initiatives, engaging regularly with Business Partners. You will play a key role in analysing complex financial and operational data, defining metrics, and creating insights for the leadership team to identify efficiency opportunities. The role also involves Service Management support, performance reporting and ensuring that governance is adhered to.
To be successful as a Business Manager you should have experience with:
Understanding of financials and workforce management, including forecasting, resource and budget planning, variance analysis.
Service Management, performance reporting, governance and adhering to change processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Working closely with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels to contribute to the bank's long-term cost and automation strategy.
Ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously, reporting delivery progress against requirements, challenging senior leaders, making recommendations for change. Delivery of continuous improvements.
Ability to work with data - undertake analysis, problem solving and production of MD-Level presentations with clear narrative and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Knutsford with a hybrid working model of working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
