Do you have a passion for planning and implementing effective change and improvements? At The University of Law, we're looking for a

Business Operations Team Leader

to join our Business Operations team and play a key role in enhancing our client service and business delivery.


This is a

6-month

fixed term contract and offers the opportunity to work remotely full time.


As our Business Operations Team Leader you will:




Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of all administrative processes, practices and service standards Promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all stakeholders, external and internal Utilise data and feedback to identify any potential risks that might impact the student experience and to work with colleagues across the business to implement any required changes. Working closely with both the Head of Business Operations and the National Programme Directors on new projects, assignments and initiatives relating to the school/business area

Is this you?:




We are looking for somebody with strong administrative skills, who is comfortable and confident working alongside operational and technical teams.



Experienced in an operational environment, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own tasks Highly organised and able to keep key documentation up to date Able to work to targets and deadlines - ensuring a strong attention to detail Passion for delivering a top-class customer service experience Proactive team player and strong leader

Please note: the successful candidate will be invited to attend two on-site team days during their fixed term contract.
