At the London Graphic Centre, we have a rare opportunity to join our team as an

Operations Team Leader

. Since 1973, London Graphic Centre has been in Covent Garden providing artists and designers with the tools that spark their creativity. The flagship store, opened in 1996, is a treasure trove of creative supplies, stationery, gifts and more.

What will your key responsibilities be?




Oversee all stock movements, including booking in deliveries, stock transfers, and returns. Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained in the system. Lead and coordinate regular stock counts and full stock takes. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and process issues proactively. Work closely with the Buying and Store teams to ensure stock availability across channels. Manage the picking, packing and dispatch of all customer orders from both store and online channels. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet or exceed customer expectations. Coordinate with couriers and delivery partners to ensure smooth shipping operations. Monitor fulfilment KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Supervise and support the day-to-day work of the operations team. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support. Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are always followed. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.



What are we looking for from you?




Previous experience in an operations, warehouse or retail logistics environment. Strong attention to detail with proven stock control skills. Confident using stock management and order processing systems. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable leading a small team and working hands-on. Proactive mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency and the customer.
