Business Processor

Hawkstone Motor Finance is seeking a dynamic business processor to join our expanding team. We are the fastest growing motor finance broker in Wales, with highly ambitious growth plans.

Working within a fast-paced, busy environment, you will be responsible for processing and controlling all aspects of customer proposals within the Motor Finance department. Duties will include completing a finance application with the customer, attaining proofs, generating approvals and progressing the approval to a sale, ensuring compliance with the FCA.

Working positively and proactively with sales team to provide end to end data and commentary to support all orders in line with the business strategy.

The ideal candidate shouldl be trustworthy and reliable with no pending (or spent) criminal convictions.

This role is full-time office based with no option for remote/hybrid working.

Duties

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance partners, dealers and customers

- Guide a customer through the entire finance journey, from proposal to pay out

- Ensure compliance with FCA legislation

- Calling dealers, we have existing relationships with to develop further business

- Support our in-house administration and compliance team fulfil regulatory duties

Requirements

- Comfortable with speaking on the phone (telesales experience is preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales objectives

Remuneration

24,000 annual salary + commission + monthly bonus + quarter bonus

Working Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00)

Closed weekends and Bank Holidays
