Duties



Lead end-to-end project management activities utilizing methodologies such as Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, VersionOne, and SharePoint. Coordinate requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables for enterprise software deployments involving databases (SQL, Oracle), IT infrastructure, and cloud computing environments. Manage project schedules through detailed task breakdowns, dependencies, and milestones using project scheduling techniques; monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), test case creation, and test-driven development processes to validate software functionality before release. Oversee project implementation phases including release management, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels; negotiate priorities; prepare status reports; conduct presentations on project progress. Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards and organizational policies while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Conduct analysis skills assessments to identify process improvements; implement best practices in project management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), SharePoint, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and other collaboration tools.

Experience



Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects within a fast-paced environment. Strong background in project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall; certification in PMP or equivalent is preferred. Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or similar services; experience with IT infrastructure design and disaster recovery strategies. Familiarity with databases like SQL and Oracle; ability to analyze data requirements for system integration projects. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams; excellent organizational skills for multi-project oversight. Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint; experience with SDLC processes is essential. Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement; negotiation abilities to manage scope changes and resource allocation. Experience in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and program management activities.
