JOB PURPOSE
The New Business Project Executive will assist the New Business Project Manager in supporting new business growth and improving profitability of existing business from AF Winterbourne.
MAIN ROLE
Responsible for commercial support for specific Sales teams, by providing product enquiries, samples, and general enquiries for both new and existing business
Responsible for managing the AF Winterbourne house account customers as a Sales contact for all commercial enquiries
Managing product set up (PDM) process at AF Winterbourne in terms of managing the process to ensure PDM's are turned around in a timely manner, providing updates on open requests and making improvements to the system
Manage the AF Winterbourne Trial and sample stock processes including; roll stock and A4 samples to be able provide a fast turnaround of sample requests
Customer contact to support the business with lead generation and sales growth, as applicable
Managing the Plant Industrialization Projects for the site customers, ensuring Right First Time for all onboarding of new business.
Report progress on regular basis of all projects allocated
Manage and update quarterly Price FX implementation
Identify and validate profit improvement (Value Plus) opportunities and deliver benefits
Managing ad-hoc projects to support the commercial function
Strict adherence to the organization's hygiene rules, understanding the importance of personal hygiene and wearing appropriate protective gear to avoid compromising product quality.
Basic knowledge of quality standards , data integrity, and the importance of maintaining product integrity.
