This is an exciting post within the shared service arrangement between North and North East Lincolnshire Councils. The role is part of the Local Taxation and Benefits Management Team and is specifically responsible for Business Rates service delivery at both Councils.
The post holder will be required to have excellent management skills and first-rate customer service skills in order to thrive in this challenging environment. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a strong ability to make best use of technology and identify opportunities to enhance service provision.
The role is flexible (home and office based) with expectation of travel between North and North East Lincolnshire Council sites.
