Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough analyses of client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Utilise Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate product offerings and strategic initiatives. Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in client relationship management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear articulation of ideas and solutions. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring or guiding team members preferred. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
