Are you a proven Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with strong experience in the UK Water Sector?

Stantec is looking for two talented professionals to help connect our business strategy with our digital and innovation capabilities. Join us and help shape our digital vision and roadmap for APM8!


In this role, you'll work closely with our teams to ensure digital initiatives align with AMP8 priorities whilst delivering value, improving efficiency, and enhancing outcomes for our clients. You'll play a key part in scaling successful digital solutions across the water business.


Your focus in this role will be highly strategic and impact-driven. A key responsibility is

, which involves translating high-level business objectives into clear, outcome-driven digital initiatives, meticulously managing the value portfolio to ensure all technology investments deliver measurable benefits.

Adoption & Change

by actively supporting digital transformation across our water business, helping teams embrace new tools and ways of working. Success also hinges on

External Engagement

; you will build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, effectively showcasing Stantec's digital capabilities, and actively representing the firm at important industry forums.


Finally, you will drive

Opportunity Capture

by identifying high-value client challenges and curating tailored solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics, to deliver profound and measurable results.


ABOUT YOU




You will have a relevant degree and qualifications as well as the following:-


Strong experience as a Business Relationship Manager, consulting, or digital transformation role, ideally within the AEC/Water sector. A good understanding of UK water market drivers (TOTEX, resilience, net zero). Proven expertise in Benefits Realisation, Stakeholder Management, and Change Adoption. Highly credible with senior leaders and proficient in building compelling, data-driven value cases. A passion and drive for innovation in the digital space.
