We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Relationship Manager at Barclays to focus on developing and maintaining good business relationships with our SME clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that clients' needs are met with the right financial solutions while promoting client retention and satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business goals, offering tailored products and services and managing ongoing relationships to drive both their success and Barclays' growth.
To be successful as a Business Relationship Manager , you should have experience with:
Previous experience of business relationship management, lending, or banking, with a focus on SME clients and lending products.
Business development skills, with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based at our Brentwood office.
