Your Role as a Business Relationship Manager:-
Achieve sales targets by selling car and commercial vehicles and associated products/add-ons with the local business sector market.
Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge and Franchise standards required to ensure that customers receive the best service.
Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
What Are We Looking For?
A full driving licence.
Honesty, with high levels of integrity.
Target-driven, customer-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Well-presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records.
Resiliency and results-focused, you will always be open to positive feedback.
