Business Sales Executive

to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

The Role

As a Business Sales Executive, you will:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with care providers, hospitals, councils, and private clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools. Represent Jasmyn Care at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

sales, business development, or account management

(recruitment/healthcare sector desirable). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset. Degree level or equivalent experience.
