The New Business Sales Executive will drive the development and growth of profitable new business, maintain strong relationships with key customers, and support overall business expansion through proactive business development activities.



This role is based in our Resolution IT Jersey office, working primarily with financial and professional services organisations. You will focus on converting a range of inbound and outbound opportunities across varying deal sizes and sales cycles.



You will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a significant strategic impact on the long-term success of the company.

Operational Management




Closing multi-year deals with growing companies. Developing targeted account plans, working with stakeholders in marketing to deliver those plans and building your network within those accounts. Selling the value of our Technology Managed Services and Solutions and then developing opportunities through negotiation and contract closure. Work closely with the Jersey Managing Director and Marketing Team to manage the MQL > SQL > Close lifecycle.



Communications




Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. Ensure the Resolution IT brand message is communicated in a strong and consistent way To promote a positive and professional environment within the team to staff, internal, external, corporate, and commercial customers. Ensure confidentiality is maintained throughout all aspects of the operational function.



Systems, information and other




Be adept in key systems within the Sales and Marketing teams to monitor quality, compliance and performance. Assist the senior management team in identifying business opportunities to develop and enhance the service to clients. Contribute to continous functional development and work planning Stay up to date with industry trends



Key Criteria





Effective at initiating high-level contact and communication with new contacts at all levels of seniority.

Strong presentation skills and ability to close a sale.

Excellent rapport building and relationship nurturing ability.

Ability to generate leads and build a professional business network.

Entrepreneurial-orientated approach and creativity in implementing successful sales techniques and strategies.

A team player who enjoys working and leading in cross functional team environment.

4+ years' experience in a full-stack sales role, building pipeline and closing opportunities.

Experience in a high-velocity sales team, creating SQLs and closing multiple opportunities in a month.

Demonstrated consistent quota achievement across multiple quarters in a multitude of sales cycles (ranging from 1 week to 3 months).

Strong experience in Sales and Business Development with an ability to create and manage a list of target new business accounts.

Experience developing sales presentations and running sales meetings with clients and external vendors.

Valid driving licence
