Role Overview:
Business Sales Executive will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their business needs and explain the features and limitations of our services.
Provide quotations including pricing, credit options, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Arrange for the delivery and, where applicable, the installation of services and equipment.
Conduct follow-up meetings and calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Stay up to date on product developments and market trends to advise clients effectively and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and account details.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
Prepare compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.
Attend face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate business terms and close deals via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with senior staff to manage risk and maintain client relationships.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Assist in preparing and delivering investment or partnership pitches.
Requirements:
"A" Level or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years' experience in B2B, retail, or field sales; or a degree with experience in online and face-to-face sales to small businesses.
Proven ability in B2B sales, with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of any South Asian language is highly desirable.
Confident communicator with experience using sales tools such as CRM systems and presentation software.
Willingness to travel across England for client meetings and industry events.
Passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
