We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales experience and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your analytical skills will be essential in understanding market trends and customer needs, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of achieving targets Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

Pay: 38,000.00-48,000.00 per year
