The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven
Business Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is key to driving business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of training solutions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads with employers nationwide
Drive revenue by promoting and selling training products and services to businesses
Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on both financial performance and client satisfaction
Deliver regular sales performance updates and feedback to the Business Development Manager
Proactively generate new business, with a strong emphasis on commercial sales
Follow internal administrative processes and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Research prospective clients, build strong relationships, and present tailored training solutions
Organise and attend business meetings with potential clients
Understand client needs through effective questioning and consultation
Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Provide honest, professional after-sales support to build long-term relationships
About You
Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Confidence in making commercial sales calls and closing deals over the phone
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
Knowledge or interest in the construction industry is desirable
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Effective time management and planning skills
Confident social media presence and engagement
Must hold a full UK driving licence
