We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and territory management. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will leverage their expertise in technology sales and CRM software to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to promote upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective outreach.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales.
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus.
