Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights on performance and opportunities for optimization Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities - Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it would allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
