Business Sales Executive
to help drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships.
Job Purpose
The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective account management. This role involves a combination of online sales strategies, business development, and market analysis to expand Theanh Do's customer base and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns and online sales strategies.
Analyse sales data, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Provide market feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and retail.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, preferably within the online retail or e-commerce sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms.
A good understanding of digital marketing, online customer behaviour, and sales analytics is desirable.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
