Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Present products and services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific requirements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
