Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service. Provide insights on product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis. Engage in territory management to maximize coverage and sales potential.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales. Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service. Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of successful deal closures. Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet client needs. Strong analytical skills for assessing market dynamics and developing strategic approaches. Experience in lead generation techniques, including direct sales and cold calling. Knowledge of upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. A proactive approach to territory management that drives results.
