Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management, with the ability to leverage various sales techniques including cold calling, product demos, and upselling. Duties



Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and customer data management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to conduct effective product demos and technical sales presentations. Experience in marketing strategies related to lead generation and direct sales approaches like cold calling. Analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance evaluation. Knowledge of retail sales, upselling techniques, and sales management principles is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
