We're PHSS - a growing health and safety consultancy with a brilliant team, a solid reputation, and clients across the UK. We're looking for a confident and capable Business Services Administrator to work closely with our General Manager, and take charge of our day to day business operations.

What you'll be doing:



You'll be at the heart of our business - keeping things moving, people supported, and processes running smoothly - supporting our leadership and operational team to deliver top-notch service to our clients. Your duties would include:

Running back-office operations: diary management, document handling, invoicing, and system support Organising the team and keeping projects on track Managing social media and marketing activity (we welcome a bit of creative flair!) Overseeing our training programme - scheduling sessions, liaising with clients and trainers Supporting finances: chasing payments and checking the numbers Improving systems and suggesting smarter ways of working

What we're looking for:



You're confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and happy to pick up new tech You're a natural organiser, good with people and even better under pressure You're someone who can take initiative, work independently, and get stuff done Previous experience in business admin or operations - or ready to step into a more senior role You care about delivering high standards and doing things properly A people person with great phone manner, attention to detail, and a desire to deliver high standards

Bonus points for:



Finance or business qualifications Experience with social media A knack for creating simple systems and processes that just work
