• Lead & Inspire xe2x80x93 Manage, train, and develop a high-performing spa team
• Drive Business Growth xe2x80x93 Take complete ownership of financial performance, hitting revenue targets and managing budgets
• Deliver Luxury Experiences xe2x80x93 Ensure every guest interaction reflects the world-class service expected at Aria Spa
• Uphold High Standards xe2x80x93 Monitor treatment quality, implement training, and maintain service excellence
• Enhance the Guest Journey xe2x80x93 Ensure seamless client experiences, from booking to post-treatment care
• Operational Excellence xe2x80x93 Oversee spa presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Product & Inventory Management xe2x80x93 Manage stock ordering and control to support business needs

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

• Spa & Hospitality Experience xe2x80x93 Proven management experience in a luxury spa.
• Professional Qualifications xe2x80x93 NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Spa Management.
• Luxury Brand Knowledge xe2x80x93 Experience with Gaia, or similar high-end brands (preferred but not essential).
• Leadership & Motivation xe2x80x93 A strong, inspiring leader who can drive performance and team engagement.
• Customer-First Mindset xe2x80x93 Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Financial & Business Acumen xe2x80x93 Comfortable managing budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.
