Spa Sales Manager
to elevate our
Brighton Spa & Wellness
location, located within the Hilton Hotel on the seafront, to new heights. This is
not
a traditional spa management role - it's a business development and sales leadership position with the autonomy to grow a high-performing spa business.

What You'll Be Doing:
Driving Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase spa revenue
Sell spa memberships & packages to hotel guests, locals, and corporate clients
Work closely with marketing to implement local campaigns and promotions
Building Strategic Partnerships
Grow corporate wellness programs & attract local business partnerships
Sign up new partners for the PURE Gift Collective
Attract and onboard therapist wellness/spa franchisees who will deliver treatments at the spa to spa guests and hotel guests
Managing a High-Performing Team
Recruit and lead a team of freelance/self-employed therapists/wellness franchisees
Ensure exceptional service standards and maximise therapist performance
Expanding the PURE Brand in Your Area
Represent PURE at events, networking opportunities, and local business expos
Increase the spa's market presence through outreach and community engagement
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality/retail sales
A go-getter who thrives in a target-driven role
Confident in negotiating, closing deals, and building client relationships
Comfortable managing teams and working with freelancers/self-employed staff
Strong understanding of local marketing, events, and networking strategies
Bonus if you have:
Experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry
Knowledge of CRM systems, booking platforms & digital marketing
