We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a blend of organisational skills, computer proficiency, and a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Duties
Represent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events
Generate training reports and schedule refresher sessions for staff
Recruitment of staff, advertising, onboarding, and staff engagement activities etc
Ensure monthly compliance checks of staff records
Order stationary, uniform and equipment as needed
Managing social media content
Handle general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support financial processes by supporting with timesheets and managing annual leave for all temp staff
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Provide clerical support as needed to the Managing Director.
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred - ideally recruitment.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Canva, Facebooked and LinkedIn.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.
