The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will provide administrative support across multiple organisations, helping us deliver excellent service to our clients. The role also involves supporting and coordinating events, preparing board papers, and creating client communications such as newsletters.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to clients and internal teams
Preparing and distributing board papers and meeting documentation
Assisting with the planning and delivery of events and conferences, including occasional travel, early starts, late finishes, and overnight stays
Supporting marketing activities, including newsletters, website updates, and social media
Using a range of digital tools including Word, Outlook, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, and Excel
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
About You
We are looking for a confident and proactive team player who can juggle priorities with ease. You'll have a positive, "can-do" attitude, and be able to stay calm under pressure while delivering high-quality work.
Essential skills & experience:
At least 2 years' administrative experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and willing to learn additional digital tools
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, and Excel
At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in supporting and delivering events
Qualifications:
Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Schedule:
No weekends
The position is full-time, salaried working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday. There is an opportunity to attend conferences and events and so there may be early starts coupled with late finishes and/or occasional overnight stays in and around the UK.
After successful completion of the induction period, our expectations are that you will spend at least 20% of your time working in the office, based in Louth.
