Job Description

One of the UK's leading warranty companies is currently expanding and needs to increase its Administration & Marketing Team. Based in Perth, the immediate requirement is for Business Support Administrators. The successful candidates will work as part of an adaptable team of individuals.

Responsibilities



Answer all incoming email enquiries in an fast, efficient and customer focused way, ensuring that the customer receives a professional service. Management of the Customer Database through the CRM program. Assisting area managers on the field via e-mail and telephone. Importing and exporting data via excel and CRM. Claims complaint handling. Processing cheques. Ensuring correct filing and storage of paperwork and records in case it is needed at a later date. Liaising with accounting teams to ensure payment is received for any work commissioned. Processing invoices for claims.

Requirements



Organised and efficient. Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative. Competent in the use of Microsoft systems, particularly excel.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Flexitime Monday to Friday No weekends
Supplemental pay types:

Performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00 per year
