Your Role
The apprentice would be part of a small team within our litigation department. Offices are busy but friendly and the apprentice would have their own desk and equipment within the shared office space.
They would also benefit from training and supervision from our Head Office.
Main duties:
Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts.
Supports line manager and other colleagues
Arranges client meetings
Attends meetings and takes meeting notes
Deals with key administration
Using online case management system
Logs into and updates various portals
Updates and manages records and files
Undertaking research
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Provides reception coverage as needed for backup
Drafts correspondence and standard forms
Handling confidential and sensitive information in accordance with GDPR
Preparing invoices for clients
Communication with the courts and with solicitors acting for the opposing side.
Full training will be provided by our team in (but not limited to):
Interviews with clients
Litigation processes
File opening and closure
Writing articles for social media
Telephone and post assistance
Reception assistance
Billing processes

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship will involve:
Off the job training
You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
