We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Support Apprentice through a fully funded Level 3 Apprenticeship. No experience? You will work towards a
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
. Training will be delivered through a blended learning model with expert assessors.
Key Responsibilities
You will receive full training to support the team and contribute to the smooth running of the office. Key responsibilities include:
Answering phones and handling client enquiries
Monitoring job management systems and updating schedules
Maintaining trackers and records
Conducting documentation audits and supporting compliance
Assisting with problem-solving and office organisation
Preparing reports, filing, and data entry
Supporting team communications and general administrative duties
