About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager.

Duties will include
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's ISO management system, including preparation for internal and external audits
Update and maintain content across our company website and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
Plan, organise, and coordinate company social events and team-building activities
Assist with the administration of employee benefits and health-related programmes
Manage company branded merchandise and marketing materials
Assist with the management of company services, such as mobile phone contracts
Assist with the management of our multiple office locations
Provide cover for the Office Manager when required, including handling incoming calls, arranging travel, and general office coordination
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support across the business as needed
About You
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. You will also have strong communication and literacy skills, and the ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 16,080.90-39,729.64 per year
