- Key Purpose -
To support customers via, letters, Email, Instant messaging efficiently and effectively in line with our standards. You will also support other areas of the business, ensuring key processes are followed each day.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Collecting debt via the telephone, Instant Message Chat, Email and Letter
Consistently delivering a satisfactory performance across all KPIs for the role
Managing client and customer relations appropriately
Invoicing
Post opening and Actioning
Adhoc Client work
Helping support departments within the company
Mailbox management
Working MAS documentation
Responding to client requests
