As an Administrative & Commercial Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting the growth of our UK market. You will be at the heart of a business in start-up phase in the UK, you will be learning and involved in a wide range of administrative, operational and back-office activities, sales support and events organisation, and will have opportunities to take initiative, ownership, and develop within the role.

YOUR SCOPE
Finance:
Prepare receivable invoices
Prepare payable invoices for monthly payments
Liaise with external accountants as appropriate
Ensure data accuracy in various systems (Salesforce, ERP)
Assist with the preparation of annual audits
Follow-up on client payments
Liaise with finance support in Switzerland
Administration:
Manage administrative correspondence and answer queries
Manage shipping and mailing
Maintain physical and electronic filing
Provide support to the HR administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
Manage employee material (IT, keys, cars, etc...)
Assist with general corporate matters
Supply Cha
in/
Logistics
Provide support in relation with supply chain operations such as demand planning, logistic coordination, stock reconciliation, reporting...
Record stock movements in the systems and ensure accuracy
Liaise with HQ to coordinate supplies
Executive and Commercial Support
General support to the Managing Director, Commercial Director and Sales team
Participation in the preparation of internal reports, presentations and analyses.
Assistance in coordinating cross-departmental projects
Provide support to events organisation and coordination
Participate actively at events, client facing, promoting the BE WTR products
Pro-actively approach/identify and engage with suitable partners to raise BE WTRs profile/awareness amongst our target audience
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or Master's in Business, Administration, Finance, Hospitality or relevant field
High Sense of service, hands-on attitude, and interest in operational matters
Strong Excel and MS Office skills, knowledge of Mac OS a plus
Strong adaptability to a fast-changing environment
Problem solving, organization & time management skills
Self- starter, good communication, team player
High level of accuracy, attention to details
Excellent communication skills in English, other languages a plus
Passion for Hospitality & gastronomy
