Are you a proactive, organised and tech-minded individual looking to start or grow your career in IT and Business Support?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Finance & Admin team, where you will provide essential support that helps our fee earners deliver exceptional client service.

This role is varied and fast-paced - perfect for someone who enjoys switching between tasks, solving problems, and learning new skills. While previous office or IT experience is an advantage, it isn't essential. We hire for attitude and provide full training to build your skills.

What you will be doing

You will play a key role in both Business Support and IT:

Business Support

Helping colleagues with essential document tasks such as printing, scanning, binding and archiving. Handling incoming and outgoing mail. Greeting visitors and answering calls professionally. Supporting with health and safety checks and booking contractors.
IT Support

Managing quarantined emails and SharePoint folders. Setting up laptops, projectors, and managing loan equipment. Assisting with secure handling of digital and paper records. Providing IT helpdesk support and, with training, developing towards more complex IT tasks.

What we are looking for

A genuine interest in Business Administration and IT. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. A positive, flexible "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Team spirit, with the ability to support colleagues across the firm.

What we offer

In return for your hard work and commitment, we provide:

A varied role with clear opportunities for career progression. A supportive and friendly team environment. Team rewards and recognition. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with career progression) Employee Assistance Programme and healthcare benefits. Cycle-to-work scheme, with onsite bicycle storage and showers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in IT support and administration while making a real impact on how our firm runs day-to-day.
